The room was reasonably large and elegant with GREAT views of the ocean. Some of the staff members were very courteous.

The services are amazing, including a heated pool. The rooms are elegant and huge plus have essentials you need. The food is outstanding and the breakfast was great. I truly enjoyed exceptionally kind and immensely pleasant personnel that ensures guests have a fairly nice stay.

I was blown away by the level of service at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and appreciated during my stay. From the enthusiastic check-in by Mariel to the attentive service by Hector at breakfast, every interaction was exceptional. The pool staff, Hiram, Oscar, and Eduardo, were friendly and always ready to assist. The resort's charm, friendliness, and excellent service are why I will keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, situated in the mountains by the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The rooms on the main level provide convenience and ease of access, perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, just like the incredible fish and steak dinner enjoyed during New Year's.

Everything was spot on.

Staying at this location was a fantastic decision. It was conveniently located near plenty of local restaurants and downtown, but also boasted a more secluded feel on the ocean with strong currents perfect for surfing. Don Manuel's wine cellar was a WOW event—a 5-course dinner with drink pairings was only the beginning. The elegantly-decorated suite had a plunge pool and overlooked the Pacific for spectacular views. Service was fantastic, with fresh chips, salsa, and guacamole provided daily. Breakfast and facilities also exceeded our expectations—this was an overall astounding vacation.

Some experiences were delayed and required follow-up with staff at times.

Amazing ocean views, spacious and tastefully decorated suites, attentive and accommodating staff, pool-side bar with stunning whale sightings, delicious ceviche and crafted cocktails. A truly fantastic place that you won't want to leave.

Incredible views and luxurious accommodations. The private plunge pool was a bonus. The hotel's location near both the nightlife and the beach was perfect for our Easter getaway.

The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked and the front desk staff did not honor an advertised deal.

Loved the free WiFi and the free parking, also the view from the balcony was stunning. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions.

The food and drink prices were extremely high and not worth the cost, also the room had a musty smell and the beds were uncomfortable. we wouldn't stay here again.
